What is capped price servicing?
Capped price servicing standardises the amount you pay for
any book service at a Nissan dealer. This allows the owner to budget effectively and to know that they will
pay the same servcing price at all Nissan
dealers.
Why do service costs change?
Individual service costs may fluctuate from service to service, but only due to additional
parts and labour time that is necessary for that particular service.
Note all services are the same?
Sometimes additional services may be necessary for some vehicles. This is because not all
people drive their Nissan's the same and therefore some vehicles may require additional work outside normal service
book requirements. Work such as this will only be carried out with your prior approval and consultation with our
service advisor.
When do i need to service my Nissan?
Service intervals are dictated by either the number of kilometres that you travel, or by
the time since the last service. The reason for this is that the kilometres travelled would create the natural wear
& tear on the vehicle, where as the time spent not travelling the distance can generate a build-up of by
products and deteriated fluids. Thus, the recommendation is every 6 months
or 10,000km, which ever comes first.
