Nissan and our team
at Hardman Nissan believe that when you buy a new car, you should get more than just a car. You should
get a serious commitment from the maker of that car. So every new Nissan comes with Nissan's 24-Hour Roadside
Assistance Program.
Nissan's 24-Hour
Roadside Assistance Program is in force for the full period of your new car warranty regardless of how
many kilometres you have travelled.
Nissan 24-Hour Roadside Assistance - What is it?
Nissan 24-Hour
Roadside Assistance is a service provided to all new Nissan owners by Nissan
Australia.
If you've locked
your keys in your car, if you've had a flat tyre or flat battery, or if you've simply run out of
fuel Nissan will get you going again at no charge* - and there's no limit to the number of calls
for help you can make to Nissan.
* Batteries supplied
by Nissan or their agents outside the Battery Warranty (which is contained in the Warranty Section of the
Nissan new vehicle Customer Information Booklet) are at your cost. Five litres of fuel for
emergencies is supplied free by Nissan. Additional fuel supplied must be paid for by the
driver/customer.
If you have lost the
ignition key, Nissan will organise for it to be replaced at your cost.
If your Nissan has
any problem other than those mentioned above (excluding theft or accident) and is immobilised, with
your approval Nissan will transport it to the nearest Nissan Dealer or alternative
repairer.
If the
problem happens more than 100 kilometres from your home, and the problem cannot be rectified within 24
hours, Nissan will arrange and pay for up to 2 nights' accommodation (room only, to a
maximum of $150.00 per night).
Alternatively, Nissan will arrange and pay for up to $300.00 for transport for you and your
passengers, to either your intended destination or home (note: these away from home benefits do not apply to
Nissan Civilian Bus).
